Survey charge

Surveys are fifty cents each.  This covers the cost of the actual tool and data entry costs.  Survey projects are sub-contracted out to a firm specializing in creating an accurate data base.  You are only charged for surveys submitted.

Analysis and report charges

There is a flat charge of 600 dollars for each student survey report and 200 dollars for each staff survey report.  The student survey analysis process begins with running the data base through a lengthy statistical analysis process.  The output file is then compared against your state and national norms, looking for anomalies and unique characteristics.  The results are built into a 30 – 50 page report.  Important graphs are transferred into a graphics program  and overhead transparencies are created and printed on film.  All of this is both placed in a 3-ring binder and burned onto CD-ROMs.

The staff survey cost is in addition because it requires a second go-around of the same steps.  The cost is less however because the report is shorter and takes less time.

If your project involves multiple buildings, then each building is considered to be a separate project.  This is because each building will have its own unique climate and, therefore, all reports and data analysis must be done separately.  Aggregate data is not nearly as useful as building-specific data.

For example...

You are a middle school with 700 students.  The cost will be $350 dollars for the surveying and $600 for the analysis, reports and recommendations.  $950 for the entire project.

If you wish to survey your staff of 50, then the additional costs would be $25 for the surveying and $200 for the additional analysis and reports, an additional $225.
